Why is it that we are so focused on a number?
It might be the number on ….
- on a scale,
- on a piece of clothing,
- of stuff placed in your mouth,
- of ounces drank.
From all angles, it’s skinny thinking. You are placing limitations on your own health and wellness for the sake of what others buy into.
Some of the stuff out there works. But what matters is what works for you!
YOU matter!!!
What if you would pause long enough and analyze how you feel when it comes to energy, enthusiasm, attitude, and alertness?
