You don’t have to have all the answers. However, you must care for your body. You only have one body. Take care of it.
Many ask, “What can I do?”.
However, it’s with the intention to get something in return.
Taking care of our body has nothing to do with what we get in return. Without self-care, who is going to take care of us?
No one!
So don’t leave yourself in the trash! You are not disposable.
You matter!
It’s time to look at the basics, and step up to the plate. Spring is here and summer is around the corner. You are going to want to have an extra kick in your step.
You are going to want to enjoy the outdoors more. You are going to want more energy to do what only beautiful weather allows you to do.
So drop the excuses. Do this, not that!
The K.I.S.S. ~ Do T.H.I.S., not that!
Incorporate …
- Traditional REAL foods (Nutrition)
- Stop overeating processed, easy grab foods. This will help reduce unnecessary sugar and salt consumption.
- Heaven and Heart connection (Spiritual)
- God’s got you. Talk to Him.
- Intentional movement (Fitness)
- Stop sitting so long and move more daily.
- Sleep (Restoration)
- Stop staying up late and not prioritizing sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours.
You need to build consistency in your self-care routine. You can’t decide that “Oh, because I got a bad doctor report, I’ll work on me until I get a bill of clean health.”
This is a daily commitment.
