Living a healthy lifestyle takes daily work and repetitive action. Play to your strengths to bring balance in your every day.
There are times we over complicate life. We want something one way, but go about it a different way. Only to find out that there was even a more direct way than any of the others.

Living a healthy lifestyle requires us to be living and make wise choices.
If they are choices that we grew up, then no problem. We got it.
But for all the choices that must change in order to get the results we desire, this becomes a little more challenging.
And when challenge is present, so is doubt.
Our body prefers to do what it knows. When you decide to shake up what’s imbalanced, then you have trouble on the horizon.
- Your mind starts to play tricks on you.
- You find ways to not do what you are trying to do.
- You ignore what comes natural.
You are in a mess!!
Instead of uprooting all that you know and inserting more chaos, find ways to play to your strengths.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Play to your strengths!
Most changes that are needed come from a weakness.
- Do what you do best. Look at your quirks and habits. Focus on what you do best. Mind over matter. “When you overthink, you under perform.” Rinse and repeat. Be careful not to over exert (or over compensate) yourself on a weakness.
- Eat what you enjoy that is the healthiest of choices. Instead of trying to convince yourself that foods you don’t like are foods you do like, eat what is good for you that you already love.
- Move to the beat of your drum. Movement is key. Don’t try to beat yourself up with trying new things that don’t interest you. Do what you enjoy. Move to the beat of your drum.
Nothing is more frustrating and spells “d-e-f-e-a-t” faster than forcing the all-in effect with things that you don’t like, or you don’t do well. All says, “You are finished!”.
And it’s not the right finish line you are wanting in your health journey.
Play to your strengths which in turn will give you a greater chance at achieving the goals you desire.
