INRIGHT (Nutrition)
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Whole grains
- Nuts
- Lean proteins
- Limit processed foods
- Low saturated and trans fat, added sugars, and sodium (salt)
- Hydrate with water
- Lose the soda and energy drinks
OUTRIGHT (Numbers and Relationships)
- Cholesterol
- Blood pressure
- Family history
- Aspirin (Is it right for you?)
UPRIGHT (Mental Health, Spirituality & Stress)
- Meditation/Devotions
- Prayer time
- Sleep (7-9 hours nightly)
- Deep breathing (2-3 times daily)
DOWNRIGHT (Fitness)
- Adults – 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity
- Walk daily
For your every day, add lots of smiles and laughter. That will not only keep you young-at-heart but will encourage a happy jolt.
