We take ourselves down roads of plans and programs promising to capture the goals we have for ourselves.
Then those don’t work. Discouragement becomes the door to our every day. And once you’ve seen enough discouragement, why try anymore?
It breaks my heart to see people self-defeated. I was raised that nothing is impossible. Yes, it might take lots and LOTS of work, but it is still possible to complete the project or achieve your goal. Whatever rings true for your heart.
Who you are tomorrow is reflected in the actions you take today. So how you live results in how to create your now.

Unfortunately, we have great ideas on what we should do and the actions that need to be taken. Implementation, though, is a whole other ballgame.
You can choose to will yourself through the transition to get to the transformation. Or you can be reasonable and sets yourself up for a project that hits completion.
Most of us would LOVE to be successful when it comes to eating, sleeping, and exercising. But if you think about it too much, it becomes a chore. And who liked chores growing up?
I did not!! So you have to make it fun and adventure-like in order to continue to hold your interest all the while putting your health at the forefront of your everyday decisions.
- What do you see that you need? It’s fulfilling the basics and fundamentals of your healthy living.
- Keep it simple. If you overcomplicate something, you won’t want to do it, and neither will your mind.
- Take A.I.M. You can dream and wish all you want. You can “will” yourself in doing what needs to be done. But when you get tired of beating yourself up, you need to take a different path. Think of it from A.I.M. – action ignites motivation. Nothing feels better than doing what you set out to do.
