Most of us are too busy to slow down what we are doing and pay attention to what our body is telling us.

In fact, there are electronics that the average human can buy that will give all different accounts of what the body is doing.
But why do we wait for an invention?
If we would slow down long enough and pay attention to what is happening in our day, there the secrets would be revealed.
However, you have to be willing to listen to your body.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Listen to your body!
Your body speaks to you in many ways.
- Muscle aches – When your muscles feel heavier, this is a good sign you are overdoing it.
- Twitching – A muscle may be overreacting to something you did or didn’t do. This can happen with your eyes, hands, legs, lips, and other parts of your body.
- Hunger pains – When you change what you eat or when you eat, your body may tell you that nutrition is still required.
- Cramping – The tightening of muscles can bring about pain in all areas of the body, but especially legs, arms, and abdominal area.
- Heavy Eyes or dozing – If you sit down for just a few moments and begin drifting off to sleep, rest is needed.
- Overly tired or exhausted – And the same goes with being too tired.
- Heavy or weakened breathing – If your pattern of breath changes (fast or slow), be aware of what is happening.
Your body needs your attention.
