There are a few ways to get “in the mood”.
- Create space to relax and connect. You can use Magnesium flakes (1 cup) in your bath to relax you and your muscles.
- Eat oysters (and shellfish). Oysters replenish the pituitary gland (one of the two master glands in your brain that tells the rest of the hormones what to do and how many hormones to make). It brings balance to the body. Shellfish (especially oysters) are high in zinc, an essential mineral to help make testosterone, which enhances libido.
- Enjoy avocados not just for the dip. They help the body in making testosterone and can aid in the production of cervical fluid.
- Spice it up! Add spices like cayenne, jalapeno, and Serano chiles to improve blood flow to the reproductive organs in both men and women and stimulates nerve endings to make them more sensitive.
