Overwhelm shows up everywhere, but especially when excuses become your answers. Change the question, change your life.
You want a different lifestyle than what you have, but it’s not about the money or a partner. It’s all about your health.

You are living in the land of excuses. So long as you are in agreement with those excuses, your answers will always be your excuses no matter the questions.
But you don’t have to stay stuck in overwhelm. You can escape what seems impossible simply by changing the question.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Change the question!
What can you ask yourself to see what you need versus what is easy?
Instead of always trying to fit in what works for your comfort zone, stretch yourself.
1. STRETCH YOURSELF.
When you make room for what is possible, you make room for change to take root. Stretch yourself.
2. DO WHAT YOU THINK YOU CAN’T.
The comfort zone that you live in feels good. But when you attack something that you thought was not possible, you are beginning to change the landscape. And that’s what you need. Change requires drastic changes at times. Do what you think you can’t.
3. ASK QUESTIONS TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK.
One of the hardest things to do is being honest with yourself. We can do it with others, but when you can do it with yourself, that opens up the floodgates of motivation. Now that you’re feeling invincible, ask the hard questions. This will require you to be honest and get real opening up the possibilities, not probabilities for change.
So let me ask a question.
What are you worth?
You have to get real with yourself and walk with courage. Yes, healthy living is going to require you to make different decisions. But it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. You can live healthily and still have fun, not feeling deprived.
Don’t get stuck in overwhelm with your excuses becoming your answers. All you need to focus on are the questions.
Change the questions, change your life.
