We just don’t have conversations about what keeps us awake. But it might be the clues you need to understand where your struggles are with your overall health.
Think about it. How cool would it be to understand what your body is trying to tell just because you slowed down long enough to take inventory?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Take inventory!
Now you may hear applauds to slow you down even without a frown.
- Take inventory of your thoughts
- Take inventory of your patterns
- Take inventory of your concerns
All of these areas will give you a glimpse as to where a breakdown might be occurring.
What do you do with these clues?
This is an indication as to where to start with your overall health.
For example, if you go to bed and the main thing that’s happening is cramping in your legs. Then, that’s a starting point. Consider your hydration, intentional movement, vitamins, and stretching.
If you go to bed and all you do is lie awake and you feel like you’ve had a burst of energy, yet you know you’re tired. Think back to what you ate last. Was there more sugar than usual?
You get to be a detective when you go to bed.
