Are you aware of God’s presence?
Because an awareness of God’s presence brings great joy to all who trust Him.
In the Lord’s presence is fullness of joy. (Psalm 16:11)
Are you clinging to all the earthly things of the world?
David’s son, Solomon, searched for satisfaction in a variety of earthly things, but he found out they were all meaningless and empty.
You have joy. But it’s not of your own doing. That can be your happiness, but not true joy.
CHALLENGE: Give God credit for your joy!
It’s not your circumstances or your outcomes that give you joy. It might grant you happiness or frustration.
But you see. God is blessing you! Keep your eyes on Him and see the joy in His presence.
