Being patient does not come easy whether you’re young or old. Remember that one gift you wanted and Christmas, but really wanted it now. It’s so hard to wait patiently.

What you think about, you bring about. And that includes your attitude, outlook, and patience.
If you keep finding yourself frustrated with what is happening in real life compared to your intended goals, it becomes even more challenging to keep on track.
You didn’t get to where you are overnight.
For example, if you want to lose weight, the average adult loses 2 lbs. a week. So if you begin in January, you might be thinking you can accomplish your goal by April.
However, life happens. You fall off. You get distracted. And that goal has now moved to June, and not by choice but frustration.
So how can you be patient enough to achieve the body you desire?

Nowadays, we rush everything including health and wellness goals. But health cannot be rushed. You have to be intentional and consistent.
When you wait, you increase your self-discipline muscle.
- WHOLENESS breeds honesty- Be true to yourself in what your goals are. You can push and pull yourself through the crap of life. But nothing works for you except you being honest with yourself. So don’t beat yourself up just because. You deserve the best. Don’t settle, but keep to the pedal.
- ATTITUDE beats design. – So much of what is done for getting in shape comes from executing a plan of action. Action is essential, but if your attitude doesn’t fall in line with your goals, nothing will happen.
- IMPROVE today to impact tomorrow. – The goal is to make continuous improvements on a daily basis. You cannot get everything done immediately. Focus on the next step. “One step at a time leads to miles of greatness.” ~ Kristianne Wargo
- TRACK your journey. – When you put pen to paper, you increase the chances of staying on track greater than 50%.
