In fact, what does life-sustaining mean to you?
The end of the weekend into this week has been a little bit stressful when it comes to health for our family. My grandson and I are recovering from the flu and his Daycare crud. Then my oldest son went to the ER with chest pains.
To make a long story short, we are all doing fine. My son had all the tests run and everything checked out to be normal.
But what is normal? What is life-sustaining?
We get so consumed by what is going on that we forget to take care of ourselves.
So today, the health and wellness track is to do what is life-sustaining for you.
The K.I.S.S. ~Define what is life-sustaining for you!
You need to know how your body works. You need to know how far you can push yourself and when you need to slow down.
It’s in all the craziness that we find out what does not work. So why not spend time on what does work?
Define what is life-sustaining for you.
- Where can you sit in quietness?
- What gives you rest?
- How can you sustain this in your every day?
