What you think is going to be a normal day turns out to be something totally different. These derailments can really mess up your plans and what you know is right.
But sometimes wrong is easier. You know it. Like it or not. That’s the reality.
However, you still want your health to be better than where you are today.

We all need to refresh what we are doing in our lives. Don’t get trapped in what comes easy, because easy isn’t always the answer. Be open to looking for what works.

- AUDIT your existing efforts. What are you doing now? What worked and what didn’t?
- PREPARE a “stopping list”. Now, this may actually be better than shopping. For what didn’t work, kick it to the curb. This way, you have more room for new ideas.
- PLAN for what’s possible. Every time you instill a new idea, remember you’re just testing it. With a test, you become less attached with a greater focus on the data; what works.
- LET data guide your ideas. Here is where you give permission to experiment and quite what doesn’t work all the while committing to what does work.
- EXECUTE what sticks. Healthy living does not have to be hard. Maybe challenging, but not hard. So when you find something that works, stick to it.
This A.P.P.L.E. a day should really minimize the challenge of healthy living and make it more fun and attainable.
So buckle up. You’ve got this already!
