But have you ever slowed down to listen to your body?
Believe it or not, your body leaves clues every time you move and when you eat, including when you sleep. However, it is a little challenging to listen to your body when you’re sleeping. Yet, your partner can help you with that too.
Why do you think we are so quick to ignore the whispers of our bodies?
My opinion is because we have not been trained to be in tune with our bodies; understanding what is out of the norm of our every day.
Instead, we focus on all the different activities and responsibilities we have to do in order to be accepted by society. Push harder and longer, and that will get you your dream.
Or will it push you quicker to six feet under?
I raise this question truly because I do believe we are not listening to our bodies enough. We miss the mark of what isn’t normal because we are too busy.
And then we discover that “health is not valued until sickness comes.” ~ Thomas Fuller
Why wait until sickness comes? Fight for your health and tune in to your body!

The key is this is all about YOU!!! Your health. Your body.
You get to decide what you eat, how you move, when you sleep, and what you then repeat.
- When you eat, how does your body react?
- When you move, how does your body react?
- When you sleep, how does your body react?
Healthy is an outfit that looks different on everyone. This is your search for your favorite outfit.
So who wants to go shopping?
- What noises does your body make (eat, move, sleep)?
- What feelings do you have after eating?
- How do you feel after eating certain foods?
- When do you wake up naturally without an alarm?
- How do you feel after you take a nap?
- What “pain” do you feel after a workout?
- What specifically energizes you (eat, move, sleep)?
When you fight for your health and tune-in to your body, that’s where you soar through your every day.
So what outfit are you going to wear today?
Choose what fits you! You wear yourself best!!
