Today, it was important to me to break down some concerns especially since I came across this study from the Moscow State University.
The sun has many benefits; one specifically being the gift of Vitamin D production in our body.
However, as skin cancer has become more prevalent, the use of sunscreen has increased while our Vitamin D that we need in our bodies has dropped drastically low. Most people don’t understand the importance of Vitamin D.
When was the last time you’ve been tested? I would encourage you to get your Vitamin D levels tested the next time you have a routine well check-up.
Let’s talk about this study from Moscow State University.

Think about it. Kids, pool, sunscreen. We think we’re doing something really good, but how good? There are trade-offs.
