And stress is the common denominator in your life’s equation.

- metabolism

- mindset
- sleep
- hope
- nutrition (appetite)
- emotional well-being
Stress causes the body to work harder. Essentially, your body is at war chemically, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually.
Ultimately, your body is trying to compensate for the physiological disruptions.
The happiness killer, STRESS, sabotages your desire for a healthy lifestyle.
This is important to understand where stress can show up.
- Sleep (having trouble sleeping, fatigue)
- Appetite (not being hungry)
- Attitude (feelings and emotions)
We also need to understand that the happiness killer (STRESS) is inevitable. You cannot extinguish it from your life.
Therefore you need to learn how to manage stress.
