Who doesn’t like pizza? If you want to get rid of a lot of extra calories and sugar, try swapping out your traditional crust with cauliflower crust.
CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST
2 cups riced cauliflower
1/2 cup parmesan
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup provolone
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rice the cauliflower. Steam if using fresh. If frozen, defrost and drain thoroughly. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Stir well. Spread onto a baking sheet, any shape you like.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add toppings and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Now my favorite is french fries!
French Fries – Love them! But instead of the fried part. Go for the BAKED SWEET POTATOES. And better yet, use your air fryer. Soon you will see this on Create Your Now TV.
Rice or Mashed Potatoes – Give CAULIFLOWER a mash!
Pasta – SPIRALIZED ZUCCHINI, or SPAGHETTI SQUASH.
Cut the squash length wise. Cook in the oven. Scrape out the “strings” of pasta and top with your favorite sauce and goodies.
Chocolate Candy Bar – STRAWBERRIES and CHOCOLATE (CACAO)
Mayonnaise – AVOCADO and DIJON MUSTARD
Ketchup – SALSA
Tacos – LEAF LETTUCE
Ice Cream – COCONUT ICE CREAM
Potato Chips – KALE CHIPS or LIGHTLY SALTED POPCORN
Buffalo Wings – Bake them instead of deep frying them. An air fryer can be used too.

Easy Food Swaps for healthy living
- Table Salt to Pink Himalayan Salt
- Ground Pepper to Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Vegetable Oil to Coconut Oil/Olive Oil/Avocado Oil
- Margarine to Real Butter
One thing that comes up all the time is gluten-free. Gluten-free doesn’t make the food healthier. So it’s important to pay to the labels. Know what your eating.
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. Make food fun!
If you want yummy POPSICLES for the summer, make your own. Use fresh fruits, stevia for added sweetness. If you want juice, squeeze your own, juice it, or simply flavored water by fruits/vegetables.
