Nothing is worse than being in a store/public area and experiencing a child’s temper tantrum. The screaming, sometimes kicking. Yells of “why me” and “that’s not fair”.
Anger is an emotional response to a real or imagined threat. It can range from intensity of mild irritation to extreme rage.
Just because you are an adult, doesn’t mean you are immune to anger.

- Identify the recurring situations that involve you getting mad.
- What boundaries are being crossed?
- Where are you feeling uncomfortable, challenged, and frustrated.
Things you can do to deal with anger:
- Breathing techniques
- Counting
- Prayer
- Meditation
- Mantra
- Scripture
- Removing/Excusing yourself from a situation
- Exercise
All this brings awareness so you do not pass on the legacy of the heart of anger.
